White House won’t implement law if TikTok ban goes into effect, officials say
In a major reversal, the White House says it won’t implement a law that required the Chinese parent company of TikTok to sell the hugely popular video app or face a ban, according to two administration officials. The ban is set to go into effect this Sunday.
