Israel’s military vows military response after Iran attack
Two days after Iran launched hundreds of missiles, drones and cruise missiles at Israel, Israel said it would strike back. A senior Israeli official said a military response is necessary but should not provoke a regional war. President Biden urged restraint in Israel’s response to the attack by Iran when he spoke with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Meanwhile, protests broke out around the United States to try to stop the bloodshed in Gaza.
