EPA requires municipalities to remove ‘forever chemicals’ from water systems
The Environmental Protection Agency announced a new standard that limits substances known as PFAS in drinking water, saying it will reduce exposure to the chemicals for about 100 million people. The chemicals are linked to a variety of health issues.
