Grand jury indicts former school administrator in shooting of teacher by 6-year-old
A grand jury in Newport News, Va., indicted the former assistant principal, Dr. Ebony Parker, on charges of felony child neglect for failing to take action to prevent a 6-year-old boy from shooting his teacher.
