The Bates College Department of Physics and Astronomy invites applications for a full time, one-year position, which has the possibility of a second year, as Visiting Assistant Professor in 2022–23, starting August 2022. The applicant should have a Ph.D. in physics, astronomy, or a related field, in hand or completed by July 2022. The teaching load is five courses, and the supervision of senior theses.
