New study points to potential cause of sudden unexplained death in children
Every year, an estimated 400 families are devastated by the sudden death of a toddler or young child. Now, an NYU study published in the medical journal Neurology on sudden unexplained death in children found evidence of febrile seizures in some of the cases.
