Shuttered Target stores had less crime than other open locations nearby: CNBC investigation
Target announced that it was shutting down select stores, citing retail crime and the safety of customers and workers. A CNBC investigation found that some of the closing stores had fewer crime incidents than other Target stores left open nearby.
