U.S. closes embassy in Haiti after nearby gunshots

As the humanitarian crisis in Haiti is reaching a boiling point, the United States has closed it’s embassy in Port-Au-Prince for the day due to nearby gunfire. Protests have continued across the country as demonstrators are demanding protection from gangs.
