Man plows car into group of pedestrians near Texas shelter housing migrants, killing 7

A man plowed a car into a group of people waiting at a bus stop in Brownsville, Texas, police reported. Seven people were reportedly killed, and at least 11 others were injured. According to a shelter across the street, the victims were young men from Venezuela and were preparing to meet with their families.
