The Trump administration faces criticism after Jan. 6 rioters were pardoned. One of those released, Enrique Tarrio, head of the far-right Proud Boys, spoke out after his release from prison. A prominent Republican senator criticized the decision to pardon the offenders. The administration is rolling back diversity, equity and inclusion programs across the government, ordering employees to be placed on paid leave.
