Thousands of consumer complaints about big home warranty company

Thousands of complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau about American Home Shield, one of the country’s biggest home warranty companies. They include a Las Vegas couple who complained after the company denied their claim for an air conditioning repair. The company says it believes "the correct coverage decision was made" but says it will fix the unit at no cost.
