Slow-motion tropical storm Debby brings days of torrential rain and flooding risk
Tropical storm Debby slammed Georgia and South Carolina with torrential rains, flooding many neighborhoods. The storm is moving extremely slowly, which means that rain totals could amount to 20 inches or more in some places. Flood watches remain in effect.
