Nurul Islam Babul, the chairman of Jamuna Group, died at a city hospital today (Monday). He was 74.
He was diagnosed with COVID-19, the illness caused by the novel coronavirus.
Babul passed away while receiving treatment at Evercare Hospital, Saiful Alam, Editor of Jamuna Group’s Bangla-language newspaper Jugantor, said, reports bdnews24.com.
