Secret Service: Shooter fired from elevated position outside Trump rally

Secret Service Chief of Communications Anthony Guglielmi said in a statement the suspected shooter fired "multiple shots toward the stage" at former President Trump’s Pennsylvania rally. One spectator was killed and two were critically injured.
