Gov. Newsom says stretch of L.A. freeway damaged in fire won’t be demolished

Gov. Gavin Newsom, D-Calif., announced in a press conference that the stretch of the I-10 freeway located near downtown Los Angeles that was damaged in a massive fire will not have to be torn down and replaced.
