Over 50 people arrested in Philadelphia looting spree

More than 50 people are under arrest in connection with an overnight looting spree in Philadelphia after crowds of thieves ransacked businesses like Apple, Lululemon and Foot Locker. Organized retail theft is happening all over America, including in the Bay Area, and is killing businesses and making shopping more expensive.
