Historic winter blast blankets Northeast
The once in a generation arctic outbreak brough bone-chilling record low temperatures. Windchills in Portland reached -45 degrees and in Boston, it was 39 below zero. The coldest windchill on record reached the peak of Mount Washington, where it felt like -108 degrees.
