Philadelphia 17-year-old faces terrorism charges

A 17-year-old West Philadelphia resident was arrested on terrorism charges for being "an aspiring terrorist," Philadelphia’s district attorney said. The suspect was sending a receiving terrorist propaganda, including guidance on how to build a bomb.
